How we engage
A typical engagement starts with discovery and architecture (2–4 weeks) and produces a written technical and product spec — the kind of document that survives being read on a Sunday morning. Build follows (8–24 weeks depending on scope), staffed by a small senior team dedicated to your project. We do not subcontract; the people who design also ship.

- What kinds of projects do you build?
- Custom payment platforms, ISV embedded payments, fintech products, marketplaces, and SaaS applications where payments and financial data are central to the product. Where most agencies bolt on payments at the end, we design the platform around them from day one — because we built AmalPay and Automated Interest the same way.
- Are you an agency, or do you do this in-house?
- In-house. The same team that designs your payments architecture writes the production code. There is no handoff between strategy and build. That continuity is the entire point.
- What does a typical engagement look like?

- Two models. Fixed-fee for well-scoped projects with clear deliverables. Retainer for ongoing build relationships and continuous platform development. For products where we believe deeply in the upside, we will sometimes structure equity-grade ownership in lieu of fees. We are direct about which model fits your situation.
