What we collect
We collect information you give us directly: name, work email, company, and the context you provide when you request a strategy call or contact us. We collect basic anonymized analytics (page visits, referrers, broad geography) to understand which content is useful.
We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to schedule and prepare for our conversation with you, follow up on engagements, and (with your consent) send you the monthly Insights newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed by HubSpot, our customer relationship management platform, which stores data in line with their published security and privacy practices. Site analytics are first-party.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or unsubscribe from communications at any time. Email Operations@EpitychiaConsulting.com. We respond within one business day.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary first-party cookies for site functionality. We do not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Updates
When this policy changes meaningfully, we update the date at the top and post the updated version here. Material changes affecting how your information is handled will also be communicated to subscribers directly.
