How we onboard you

We start with a brief conversation and a recent processor statement. Within a few business days we come back with a written rate analysis showing exactly what your processing would look like with us — line by line, no marketing math. If the move makes sense, we scope the migration: documentation, underwriting, terminal or integration work, and a coordinated cutover that typically completes in one to three weeks with zero processing downtime.

We stay on the line through the first month of settlement to make sure everything reconciles cleanly. From there, we are your processor — not for an engagement window, but for the duration of the relationship.

Are you a payment processor or a consultant?
Both — and the distinction matters. Most consultants tell you which processor to pick and walk away. We are the processor. When you sign with Epitychia, we onboard your business directly onto our processing platform, manage the relationship end-to-end, and own the outcome. The advisory work happens because we are the processor — not separately from it.
What kinds of businesses do you accept?
A wide range — from family-owned local businesses to mid-market manufacturers to enterprise ISVs and software platforms. We support card-present (in-store and mobile), card-not-present (ecommerce, recurring billing, B2B invoicing), high-risk verticals (CBD, Kratom, nutraceuticals, others), and cross-border. If you process card payments, we can almost certainly support you.
How do your rates compare?
In most cases, better — particularly for businesses that have been with a generic processor for more than two years, or businesses that have never had their interchange qualifications properly optimized. Before we onboard you, we audit your current statement and show you exactly what your rate would look like with us. If the numbers don't move in your favor, we tell you.
What happens to my existing processor?
We handle the transition. Most merchants migrate to us in 1–3 weeks with zero downtime. Your existing terminal or gateway integration is either reconfigured to point to us, or replaced with our equipment / SDK if that's the better path. We coordinate the cutover and stay on the line through the first settlement to make sure everything reconciles cleanly.
Do you support custom integrations?
Yes. We have an in-house engineering team that handles everything from straightforward API integrations to full custom payment platforms. If your business has unusual requirements — multi-party settlement, marketplace splits, embedded onboarding, white-label flows — we build to fit, not the other way around.
