What to expect
- I Brief intake. You fill out a short form so we arrive prepared. Five fields, ninety seconds.
- II Calendar invite within one business day. Sent with a short pre-read so the call is structured, not exploratory.
- III 30-minute call. We listen, we ask, we sketch. By the end you have a clear sense of leverage points and whether deeper work is warranted.
- IV Written follow-up. A short memo within 48 hours summarizing what we heard and what we'd recommend — yours to keep regardless of next steps.
